It ll not affect baby....thats common in pregnancy your digestion ll be too slow....
acidity which is quite normal in pregnancy as your digestion ll be slow than normal during pregnancy...take 1 liter water add 2-3 spoon jeera and boil it till volour changes..sava it in bowl and drink for 5 times daily which helps to recover from acidity and indigestion..
Do avoid spicy foods and heavy foods...do walk some 10 min after food..
For stomach upset..Do take curd rice and avoid spicy and oils foods....take tender coconut,buttet milk and all...drink plenty of water..
Also take 1 liter water and boil it and let it cool add 6 spoon sugar and 3 spoon salt and mix it and take for 5 times it helps to relieve from loose motion and also keeps you hydrated

Answer: It's usual it will be continued til 3 months u can take enough rest if u read more books u will get sleep at night if u are with ur husband speak to him by going for a walk it will make u relaxed and feel normal because I did the same hope it will help u too
