Question: i am 12 week pregnant last night i had some constipation in motion with little blood after that tip of my anus is too painfull, am not able to sleep ...pls help me

Answer: hi if you have constipation you can try on remedies you should drink dealt with glasses of water you should take more of fibrous food like green vegetables you should take carrot juice you should be close to you should take take take a banana and take oath as it is rich in fibres you should also take cover fruit in the morning breakfast which will help you take fibre supplements if required in consultation with your loved you take laxatives
Answer: That's piles. It's common in pregnancy. Keep eating avla with salt. Take radishes, eat lots of fruits. And if pain persist better consult with doctor they will give some ointments

Answer: Hello dear, It could be normal hand pain or it is happening because of CTS.... CTS is common in pregnancy or after delivery. It happens when there is a build-up of fluid in the tissues in your wrist. You may also find your grip is weaker and it's harder to move your fingers.  Try to eat a balanced diet. so you gain a healthy amount of weight. Aim to cut down on salt, sugar and fat. Drink plenty of water and eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables every day. Sunflower and sesame seeds dark green vegetables, such as broccoli, garlic, lean meat, such as pork and lamb, avocados, oily and white fish, such as salmon and cod....Check with your midwife or doctor before taking a vitamin B supplement. Gently massage your hands and wrists, moving up towards your armpits, and then your shoulders, neck and upper back.
