10 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am 9 week pregnant I am feeling so tiered and can't have food properly not feeling hungry if had something feeling like vomiting or vomiting is happening please help man what to do??

Answer: Hi, Have few dry biscuits like marie or nutrichoice crackers as soon as you wake up, don't drink anything for atleast 1hr. Then you drink tender coconut, flavored glucose in water, lemonade or hot milk with any horlicks, boost, etc. Try having dry food rather than liquid food. Liquid food makes vomiting, have dry food like lemon rice, puliyogare etc. Plain water makes you vomit, better have hot water with few tulsi or mint leaves. Have rest atleast once in every 25-30 mins. Try to intake fruits and raw vegetables with vinegar or lemon. It definitely makes you better. I have same experience , so I tried these tips, now am feeling better
Answer: I was also having the same symptoms but my vomiting stopped when I started tab.doxinate od 1tablet before sleeping...u can ask ur doctor about this tablet..
