Question: I am 9 week pregnant... can i include curd in my diet.... n can i eat banana...

Eating curd during pregnancy helps to boost your immunity as well, it improves your digestion, cools the body too. Bananas are recommended to pregnant women since they promote good colon health, prevents anemia, leg cramps; helps reduce swelling, etc. It has to consumed in moderation.
