Answer: Hello dear. If you are already taking high fiber diet then I would suggets you to start taking veges soup daily. It really helped me in getting rid of severe constipation. I used to add tomatoes, carrots, spinach, beetroot, tulsi, amla into the soup and had it twice during the day. Never faced constipation after starting this. Hope it helps.

Answer: Hi dear, it is normal and good that u are taking fiber in your meal also drink lot of fluid. You can ask doctor to provide you stool softner as well. That may also help. Take care!

Pregnancy is often accompanied by an increase in the progesterone hormone that causes the relaxation of all the muscles in your body, including your intestinal muscles.
