1Elevate your feet when resting, if possible.
2 Use a heating pad or gentle massage on the back .
3 soak your legs in hot water.
4 Avoid standing for long hours .
5 Try taking a hot shower or bath
6 start low impact exercises like walk to increase blood flow.
7 sleep towards one side.
8 apply pain reliever ointments.
Question: While sleeping on sides..do we have to get up, sit and turn over the other side?
Answer: No dear. you have to turn soflty lay straight then shift to other side. If you keep a pillow between your knees that are bent, you can also give a lot of support to your spinal chord too. Sleeping on left side is very beneficial as it promotes blood circulation to the placenta which will then give all the nutrients to the baby
