13 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am suffering from Lower back pain and pain in bottom of ankles.... Is this to worry about... Please suggest

Answer: Hi! Your growing belly and increasing weight is the reason for the back pain and you cannot really do anything much about it because its very normal as your spine is only supporting that weight hence the back pain. Walk around for 10-15 minutes. Improve your posture, keep your back straight dont slouch. Dont wear high heels Dont sleep on your back. If you need to pick something from floor try to bend your knees and pick. Sit with back support. Hope this helps.
