Question: I am seven months twins pregnancy my ultrasound report show fused placenta. and two amniotic sac.one baby weight is 300kg and other 250kg. is everything normal

Answer: Hello dear your baby weight should be approximately 1kg at 28 weeks.. Your baby weight is very low.. So you should consult your doctor.. Don't be panic.. In almost all cases twin pregnancy have, a fused placenta just means that the placentas are overlapping and appear to be one, but they are not actually one single placenta... You can increase your baby weight in your future weeks also.. By following these Maintain a healthy, naturally balanced diet. Fresh fruits, vegetables, protein, whole grains and healthy carbohydrates are all good food choices for you and your baby. Eating three to four solid meals per day will support a healthy weight for you and your baby. Avoid fatty, fried foods and foods high in cholesterol or preservatives. Get plenty of rest at night. Resting provides you with energy and allows your body to refresh itself.  Take prenatal vitamins at the suggestion or prescription of your doctor.  Reduce stress and anxiety.
