Question: I am 37week pregnant mother.. i hv suffering from heartburn..is it normal?

Answer: Dear heart burn problem is very common in pregnancy. Have small meals at regular intervals at least 6 meals you must have and it shud be on time. Don't miss meal or leave the stomach empty it can elevate the problem. Have ginger tea, cumin boiled water. Lime juice, coconut water, yougurt, milk can reduce heart burns.Have warm water mixed with lemon and honey. It will give relief.
