3 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am 4weeks pregnant . Just yesterday I got confirmed that I am pregnant through pregnancy kit. I am feeling pain in my abdomen if I bend for anything. Could you please help me with any solution for this and also let me know if this needs any immediate medical attention. At times I feel pain when I sleep on my right side as well.
