Answer: Hii kindly avoid taking it in pregnancy as it reduce ur weight and at this point of time u need to increase ur weight. If u are very much habitual of it then try to reduce the qty from one glass to one cup and don't take it in early morning bcoz specially in 1 trimester of pregnancy ,early morning diet has to be energetic. U cans start ur morning with a glass of milk with soaked almond . By taking quite an energetic meal early morning g also helps u to decrease ur morning sickness.
