8 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am overweight.and almost 7 weeks pregnant. How many steps should i take in a day? Because whenever i stand or walk for more than 10 mins,my legs and back aches. Please suggest

Answer: hi dear, as you gained lots of weight your central gravity shifted & thats why you feeling pain while walking. use soft sole sandal for walking. . you should walk at least 30-45mins daily. you also should take care of your diet. it should rich in green vegetables,fruits, wholegrains , dairy products. drink adequate amount of water. this will help you to prevent gaining more extra kilos.

Answer: Hi! I would suggest you to walk till the time you can do not strain or exert yourself to walk because there is no point in being exhausted another problem during pregnancy to be in your comfort zone and walk till the time you can .. Hope this helps!
