Exclusive breastfeeding till six months Include more veggies and fruits in your diet, avoid oil, fried foods Go for healthy snack option like dry fruits, makhana.. Limit the intake of carbohydrate, include whole wheat, oats, millets Drink 2 to 3 litre water daily Start exercising but after six months, slowly start with walking then go for mild exercise, yoga will help a lot

Detox water- soak one cucumber, some ginger, some mint leaves and a lemon in 2 litres of water at night. drink this the next day. it helps. 6. morning drink- start your mornings with a glass of luke warm water, a lemon and some honey. avoid tea. 7. diet- this is self-explanatory. avoid oily, fried stuff. avoid too many sugars carbohydrates. have more of rotis instead of rice.

Question: weight loose tips after c-section
Answer: Drink hot water with ajwain boiled in it. Boil 1 spoon in 1 litre and drink this water. Avoid unnecessary fatty food. You don't need tons of ghee after delivery. Spcly if u have c section. After 2 weeks try sleeping on ur stomach. This helps to reduce tummy. Before doing this ask your doctor if u can sleep on ur stomach. Since they don't allow to use tummy Tucker in case of c section till 1.5 months this trick helps a lot.
