Question: I am not gaining weight till now . In the 12th week scanning everything is fine. What are the things to do gain weight.

Answer: Dnt worry about weight.if u gain 10 r 8kgs weight up-to delivery thts enough. Sumbody luks Normal during pregnancy but take plenty of liquids.this is the 1st trimester during this time we can't take much food aft 3months we feel hungry so dnt bother about tht k keep smiling buy d pregnancy
