Answer: hi dear! Echogenic intracardiac focus is a small bright spot seen in the baby's heart on an ultrasound exam. they themselves have no impact on health or heart function. Often it is gone by the third trimester. If there are no problems or chromosome abnormalities, they are considered normal changes, or variants so dont worry we might have to keep a watch on it in the scans dear . rest it does no harm to the baby dear. take care i hope this information is helpful to you!

Answer: Hi. Dear. Intracardiac echogenic is mostly nothing to be worried because its spot of small amount of calcium deposit. Which doesnt harm baby. But in some cases mother could have some some other risk factors which could lead to chromosomal changes such as down syndrome. Good luck.

Question: In ultrasound report mentioned faint intra cardiac echogenic focus seen in the fetal left ventricle means??
Answer: Ecogenic intra cardiac foci are mostly seen in LV only. But sometimes they dissolve by themselves somewhere in between your third trimester. The severity depends on the size and calcification. If there are no chromosomal anomalies detected in your USG then these foci will not affect your baby's health. Hope it helps! Take care.

Answer:  Echogenic intracardiac focus (EIF) are found in about 3–5% of normal pregnancies and cause no health problems. EIFs themselves have no impact on health or heart function. Often the EIF is gone by the third trimester. So baby will be fine, don't worry.
