Answer: Avoid spicy, fatty and Junk food. Also, take meals at short intervals instead heavy ones. Pls refrain yourself from caffeine and soda drink.
Use coconut water during breakfast. Drink as much water as you can. Sleep left side that will soothe you.
And the best thing which i followed is, lower gentle back massage, either with coconut or mild warm mustard oil.
