16 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am lactose intolerant. Is it ok if i eliminate milk or any dairy food, would it make me lack of calcium? I cant seem to like soya or almond milk too. Kindly suggest.

Answer: Hello! Since you are lactose intolerant, you should not have diary products. Try foods like vegetables and fish which have calcium. For for the ones with higher calcium contents. Take care
