34 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I am in 33 week of pregnancy. I was very much affected by heart burning even after taking veggies and very less amount of food. please suggest some effective remedies for my problem.

Rich fibre food intake, figs, and bananas, and vegetables, as well as whole grains like oats and flax meal are all good fiber boosters to consider. 5. Light meal often and moderate amount. 6. Fennel seeds and buttermilk for easy digestion.. try this

Answer: u can try Rubyzol-DSR capsule at empty stomach,it works.my gynecologist also advice me for heart burning
