Question: I am in 37 week nw... doc has said babys weight s 2.kg... is de s any risk... wat can i do baby to gain weight in dese 2 to 3 weeks

At 37 weeks baby shud weigh around 2.9 kgs and 2 kg is less, please have a healthy diet lots of fruits, veggies, milk, curd, cheese, legumes, pulses, sprouts, soybean, peas and beans, chicken, fish, eggs, carrot, sweet potato, nuts, whole grain cereal etc. Have plenty of water, take rest.. Discuss with the Doctor if he wants to prescribe any supplements for the weight gain of the baby. Be positive and good luck!
