Since you are already in 35 weeks of pregnancy your uterus is all grown and which pushes the intestine and it works slow so gastritis and acidity is common now..
Keep something to eat besides bed while sleeping at night. First thing in the morning instead of getting up(sitting) put something in mouth and chew properly for a minute or so (lying on bed itself) and then get up and sit ..it helps a lot in settling down acidity and gastritis.
*Cold milk without sugar.. 2 3 sips after every hour, vanilla icecream.

Question: Hi i am 5 weeks.. i dont feel like eating anything the whole day... please suggest me what to do
Answer: hi it is natural to feel this as this is normal in first trimester. Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. Keep yourself calm and take rest. Sometimes hunger increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin. Also you can have lemon water with black salt.
