Also, your body uses more calories during pregnancy, so if you don't change your diet, you'll probably lose some weight, or not gain weight. Eat a balanced and nutrition rich diet. Try to keep your diet as natural as possible with loads of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also include whole grains, proteins and complex carbohydrates to your meals....Take your prenatal vitamins regularly. It compensates for any gaps in your nutrition intake and acts as a healthy supplement for your and your baby’s health.

Answer: Hi dear first of all your weights will not always depend on the baby's health because if all your reports are already find the baby is growing well then you do not really need to worry one of my friend has gained only 3 kgs during her entire pregnancy period and she has been able to deliver a healthy normal baby and as well as the normal delivery is concerned then it depends upon your pregnancy health a lot rather than your weight getting mentally prepared fr a normal delivery is important..Do not panic or get anxious unnecessarily, going for the regular check ups, taking a full fruit and egg daily to get nutrients will help..
Do your daily household chores without much straining walk slow for 30 min or do yoga under supervision of trainers..
Avoid stress...be relaxed happy and positive abt yourself..
