Question: Hi i am in my 17th week of pregnancy, which is the best position to sleep?
Answer: Hi, sleeping on the sides is what is recommended during pregnancy. The best position is sleeping on the left as it is considered that the blood and oxygen reaches well to the baby and the placenta . But sleeping on the right doesn't stop it. So you can actually sleep on both the sides and keep changing the position from left to right or right to left.
