Question: I am in 13 weeks pregnant ...my inner and back thigh pain more cramps like pain ..sometimes i feel pain in both side of lower abdomen ..

Answer: Hai mam,ur telling some back pain , always sleeping in left side only its improves foetus circulation and baby movements ,ur feeling both sides lower abdomenal pain, because baby occupied the the stomach portion baby parts are ready to big ,dont worry , walking atleast half an hour.
