Take proper rest stress can make nausea worse
Chew on some mint or Tulsi leaves it would help you freshen your breathe after vomit
Add a few drops of peppermint oil or lemon balm oil
And inhale with deep breath it would help keep nausea at bay
Get fresh air
Go for a morning walk not only physical activity I'd food for you during pregnancy but fresh air and oxygen would also supress nausea
Question:Its my 14th week and I still have nausea and vomit once or twice. Yesterday I even noticed blood in my vomit and it was painful in the throat. Though it happened for the first time, i am worried

As your body is going through lot of hormone changes, you will feel like vomitting and lots of discomfort....which is normal during pregnancy..
Even I have gone through this....it's disgusting actually...but where there is pain there is gain rite...try to have juice, hv a piece of chocolate, have Coconut water, jeera water, veg or clear soups...take advice from your dietitian or nutritionist as well..take care ☺👍
