Question: I am having stomach pain since afternoon. I had loose motion once few minutes back. Feeling tired . Please give me your suggestion

Your growing uterus, stomach viruses, kidney stones, fibroids, and food sensitivities are all valid forms of harmless abdominal pain. for loose stools : it generally happens due to high intake of iron digestive difficulties, such as constipation and diarrhea, shifting hormones, changes in diet, and added stress may occur frequently during pregnancy. avoid high-fat, fried foods, spicy foods, milk and dairy, and high-fiber foods. you can also try shabudana kheer for loose stools Dehydration can happen quickly. so hydrate your body with some salt and sugar water. Cut down gassy foods like potatoes, wheat, broccoli,egg plant etc. Light meal often and moderate amount. Fennel seeds and buttermilk for easy digestion..

Answer: Hi Dear, Yoga is the could be the good solution. Even I too had similar problem few months back , one of my friend advised me to do yoga and it really helped me a lot ...mainly steching excersices.....just lift your both hands fully up in a standing position and try to bend back as much as you can and hold the position till 30 countings and get back to straight position. Repeat this 3- 4 times..this relaxes your back and for leg pain too try to stretch your body fully up lifting your feet and try to balance on fingers for a minute...It reduces pain as the leg muscles get stretched. And lose motions just have 2 slices of white bread one or twice. Motions automatically gets controlled

Question: Back pain is coming since 3hrs please give some suggestion .
Answer: Give some rest to urself apply hot water bag on your back to relieve from pain. If the pain is like radiating to your thigh N front side of your abdomen pls consult your Dr immediately. When I was in my 4th month I experienced a radiating pain from my lower back to front side of my abdomen N to the thigh. I consulted Dr N she said it's pre labor pain which should not come in my 4th month N I got treatment for it. So it's better to go check with Dr once
