Question: I am having headache and feeling dizzy since two days. I usually don't feel like eating much too. What could be the reason?

Answer: Headache during pregnancy is common. But as you are having dizziness so keep a tab on your blood pressure as high blood pressure can cause headache and low blood pressure can cause dizziness. Also if you feel blind spot or blurred vision then check with doctor. You can have smaller meals frequently, have massage in forehead, head and shoulder to get relief from heafache. You can rest in dark room and deep breathing can help you. Increase yout salt intake if you have low bp. Do not change position quickly and ask for help.
