Question: I am going to give baby within 10 days. Now I'm facing very uncomfortable in sleep. Any suggestion please

Answer: Hello Lying down can cause dizziness as the pressure of ur belly can compress a major blood vessel cutting of the blood supply leaving u feeling pukish and dizzy. Lying on ur right is not bad it can just worsen the heart burns. The best way to sleep during ur pregnancy is on ur left. Sleeping in dis position supplies ur uterus with more blood. N ur baby gets a good blood supply. Also the baby gets good blood supply. The liver is positioned slightly on ur right so whn u sleep on ur left u have more room for the baby this means u ll feel baby movements better. Due to the extra space available ur organs relax a bit so u will feel a little better wr ur hurt burns r concerned. Hope I helped
Answer: First of all congratulations. And please do not take stress as this will harm your baby and your health too. Third trimester itself is quite uncomfortable as baby grows rapidly and pregnancy bump grows too. It's absolutely normal. I am sure your sleeping on sides already. Try to put pillows in between legs. And where ever you feel it. It's difficult to get that comfortable position trust me all these will worth once you will hold your baby. Few more days so take rest and take care. Good luck.
Answer: Some tips for insomnia or good sleep in pregnancy---- Do some light exercise like walking and breathing. Avoid eating a large meal. Take light food. Take lots of soft pillow which give you comfortable. Keep your room temperature in normal mode. Read good books before sleep. Drink lukewarm milk before 2 hours of sleep. Avoid your stress. Take lukewarm water bath before sleep.
