You can boil a piece of ginger,in a glass of water,allow it to boil for five minutes,have it,best remedy for vomitting,Nausea
For vomiting,you can drink buttermilk,tender coconut,cumin water ,ajwan water it will helps a lot
Avoid oily,spicy food,and packed items too,it will cause indigestion

Post eating dizzyness could be due to sharp increase and drop in sugar level.many have such issues in balancing sugar.ideally you need to eat smaller meals.donot overeat and never take it in large amount.eat protein along with carbohydrates.protein would help in slow rise of sugar.also make sure you eat plenty fibre also.avoud white rice,prefer brown rice or whole wheat chapathi.reduce all refined food,and sugary food.include complex carbs like oats,quinoa,brown rice,whole wheat chapati,millets.
