Question: I have stomachache often in the lower abdomen? Is there something to worry about?
Answer: Hello dear, Abdominal pain is perfectly normal and there is really nothing you can do other than rest every chance you get. If you are working, take a little nap during your breaks. It will pass in time. Hang in there. Your physical changes this week. You may feel occasional cramps and lower abdominal pains. If you are feeling a lot pain plz visit ur doctor before taking any medication.
Sit down, put your feet up and relax. Resting comfortably should reduce any belly aches. If sitting doesn't help things, try resting on your hands and knees, or leaning forward against the back of a sofa....When you get up from bed, turn to your side and then get up slowly. Use your arms for support. This reduces the stress on your abdomen. Moving slowly and smoothly from a sitting or lying position can also help. Drink plenty of water and other fluids to avoid dehydration in the hot summer months. If you have a lot of gas, avoid oily, spicy foods and heavy pulses such as rajma or chana that produce gas. .... Pat hot water bag or bootle on that area...
Hope it helped.... Take care urself...
Question: Iam facing severe acidity problem and breathing issue is there something to worry
Answer: Hi Dear!
Acidity is very common in pregnancy as your metabolism gets slow as your intestine is pushed by the uterus, and breathing issue could be due to heavyness..
Since you have just completed the first trimester it is common.
Keep something to eat besides bed while sleeping at night. First thing in the morning put something in mouth and chew properly for a minute or so (lying on bed itself) and then get up and sit ..it helps a lot in settling down acidity and gastritis.
*Cold milk without sugar.. 2 3 sips after every hour, vanilla icecream.
*I had major acidity during pregnancy.
Dont have spicy food, have small frequent meals, and Chilled milk in small sips, eat saunf after meals help alot, avoid canned juices, have coconut water, chewing gum can give temporary relief, you should have dinner early at least 1.5-2 hours before sleep can drink a glass of cold milk before sleeping.
Dont worry it will get better in 2nd trimester and i would suggest you to check the BP and discuss the breathing issue with Dr. if it increases..
