Answer: Hello dear. I will be sharing how i controlled my weight during my pregnancy. I used to do walking for 2 hours daily you can do 1 hour walking and 1 hoir prenatal yoga as well. In food avoided junk and packaged food completely. Had only homemade ghar ka khana. Also used to have more of fiber. With lunch and dinner the sabzi or daal was more and salad as well. Hope it helps.
