Question
Answer: Hello dear, Transverse Lie” is a sideways position. The baby has his head to one of his mother's sides and the bottom across her abdomen at her other side. This is normal before 26 weeks. By 29-30 weeks we expect babies to be head down, or at least breech. It's almost impossible to deliver a transverse baby vaginally. So if a baby is still lying sideways at term or when labor begins, a C-section (caesarean) may be the safest option for delivering the baby. If a transverse position is confirmed near term, the woman may be advised to be admitted to the hospital, as there is a minor risk of the umbilical cord slipping out of the uterus once water breaks.

Question: i am 13 weeks pregnant, my weight loses 1 kg in last one month. is this a matter of concern?
Answer: You & your baby will gain weight with the help of nutritious things that you eat. Eating a healthy, balanced dietwill help your baby get the nutrients he or she needs and grow at a healthy rate. • Add more protein to your diet. Butter and other fats will not help you in this matter, you can have cottage cheese, milk and other sources of protein like protein powders for pregnant women. • Take five to six small meals every day. • Keep quick, easy snacks on hand, such as nuts, raisins, cheese and crackers, dried fruit, and ice cream or yogurt. • Also drink a lot of liquid juices, coconut water twice a day, lot of water etc.
