Answer: During pregnancy you should maintain healthy nutritious diet that includes vegetables fruits dry fruits dairy products lentils beans non veg etc. Sharing my food charge hope that will help. Breakfast 1 egg, 2 whole wheat bread ,1 slice cheese small katori plain yogurt Or 2 idli with samber/ 1 Dosa/ 1Medium bowl poha or upma Snack 2 sugarfree crackers,1 green guava/apple Lunch 1 roti, 1 bowl rice, 1 medium size bowl chiken stew, 1 small katori curd/raita Evening snacks 50 grms cottage cheese/2 moong daal chilla/ two uttapam, Small kiwi/ 4 strawberries Dinner 2/3 cup quinoa/ daliya/ oats , 3 to 4 pcs grilled chicken or fish, 1 cup spinach soup/ tomato soup, 2-3 strawberries/ any berries. if you are vegetarian then please replace all the non veg items with paneer tofu and soya chunks.

Answer: It's ok dear but you can't keep your tummy empty for longer time so keep eating small amount of food and try to eat at least one citrus fruits in your regular that either sweet lime or Orange or at least half a lemon daily . As you are unable to take foods I hope you are eating more veggies. also keep also keep yourself well hydrated and take 8 to 10 hours to sleep to keep yourself active.

Answer: Hi dear.If u are taking Folic acid tablets it is due to that also, you can change the company of Folic acid tablets or else you can take medicene to stop vomiting.please cross check with your doctor
