Question: I am a breastfeeding mother.can i do intermittent fasting? For my weight loss. Does it will affect my milk supply.

Answer: Hello intermittent fasting can cause a low supply of milk and also can make you feel drained out and tired . It is therefore better that you avoid it and instead start exercising which is a more healthier way for you to loose weight. Take care
