Question: I am 8 weeks pregnant.What foods to eat and to avoid for thyroid during pregnancy?

Answer: Hi dear, I had thyroid too in my pregnancy time.there was no ban in food as such.i was ask d to eat everything.just have the thyroid medicine in empty stomach in morning.
Answer: By using thyroid medicine prescribed by doctor u can have what ever food u like but less spice and body heat reducing foods , fruits and have fluids..
