Question: Hii i am 7th week pregnant and i am suffering from high constipation due to which i hv lots of pain in my internal area..pls suggest me something to get cure from this pain

Answer: Have lots of water. Tender coconut is good too. You can try soaking 5 raisins in a glass water over night and have that water in the morning. It works.
Answer: Eat curd which helps you to reduce the constipation. Also consult with your doctor, they will give something for constipation
