Question: i am 2 months pregnant. may i do exercises and running in morning... also my weight now is 57kgs so need a healthy diet for a normal delivery and healthy baby

Answer: You can do yoga which is for pregnant woman only after 3 monts.you can do walk.but strictly avoid exercise and running.try not to worry about weight till the baby is born..you can start your routine exercise after baby delivery☺
Answer: It is better to not exercise at such a crucial period. Its adviced to rest and not do vigorous actions in 3months
