15 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I already had morning sickness and nausea at the very beginning of my pregnancy. But now this week, my vomiting has increased very much. I am feeling even more tired and exhausted than what it used to be in the beginning. In case of my first pregnancy, I got a relief from vomiting after 3 and a half months. But this one seems to be different. Please help. I am concerned whether I am going to be tired and exhausted throughout my pregnancy.
