15 weeks pregnant mother

Question: I already had morning sickness and nausea at the very beginning of my pregnancy. But now this week, my vomiting has increased very much. I am feeling even more tired and exhausted than what it used to be in the beginning. In case of my first pregnancy, I got a relief from vomiting after 3 and a half months. But this one seems to be different. Please help. I am concerned whether I am going to be tired and exhausted throughout my pregnancy.

Answer: it depends on every individual. some may not have morning sickness or vomiting throughout the pregnancy . Whereassome will vomit even during labor... which cannot be predicted but after the first trimester usually the morning sickness and nausea will gradually fade off.. you can avoid taking milk in your empty stomach .. you can replace it with any fruit juices that you like .. you can able to find out foods that u may not vomit if taken,, take note of this and try to eat such foods at morning .. after your first trimester this will settle a little so keep yourself active , eat after you vomit .. you may be used to it or overcome it in few days . you will be able to handle it once you trace the food that is better for you to have at morning.
