At 34 weeks of pregnancy baby should weigh around 2.2 kgs. whatever present your admitted for delivery so hardly there is any scope to increase your baby's weight before delivery. Consuming high protein food like egg,fish, chicken, lentils, legumes , soyabean, paneer, helps to increase in babies weight. But as you already knew labour and if delivery happen within 1 and 2 days then hardly you will get time for your baby's weight gain. Answer: During 32nd week my baby weight was almost the same and doctor told it's on lesser side and she asked me to increase protein, calcium and fat intake. She suggested eggs, sprouts, paneer, cheese ,milk with some protein powder , she gave me Argiprime sachets to have 1s a day with water. If u r a non-vegetarian please check the foods which have more protein and have them.
