Answer: Hello! Weight generally pregnancy mein 12-15 kgs se jyada nehi badna chahiye. Aur agar overweight the pregnancy ke pehle toh maximum 10 kgs hi badna thik hain. Apke height ke upar depend karta hain ki apka weight thik hain yah nehi.
