Question: how to deal postpartum depression still m facing it
Answer: Hello, Dear it's normal to have depression after baby. Your body has gone through alot of changes and your life has completely changed with baby in it. I can completely understand your situation and emotions . Its good that you know that what are your feelings because mostly mum don't understand what they are going through. Even I don't understand till 2 months after my delivery. So I will share my experience with you. Firstly baby is 5 months now so you and baby can go out on your own. Go for walk or just go to market. Make routine of walk in the evening take baby with you. Enjoy your baby's day to day activities. Divert your mind from any unnecessary thought and problem. Nothing is more important than you and baby so just concentrate on these two things. Give yourself some time don't worry about household work it will be done but do something for you. Listen to music or watch movies when baby is sleep. Talk to someone about your feelings that is very important to talk. Don't let these things inside you it will hurt more. Keep the lines of communication open. Many things change following the birth of a baby, including roles and expectations. For many couples, a key source of strain is the post-baby division of household and childcare responsibilities. It's important to talk about these issues, rather than letting them fester. Don't assume your partner knows how you feel or what you need. It's essential to make time for just the two of you when you can reconnect. But don't put pressure on yourself to be romantic or adventurous (unless you're both up for it). You don't need to go out on a date to enjoy each other's company. Even spending 15 or 20 minutes together—undistracted and focused on each other— can make a big difference in your feelings of closeness.
