Answer: Hi..so sorry to hear that..yes it is very painful. I had the same problem few weeks back. After getting multiple opinions, here's what helped me...regular massaging of breast with strong hands to push out the bleb (every half hr to avoid blockage in milk duct as it is a greater n more painful problem). Two, standing under warm shower for 15-20 min atleast twice a day (relaxed the pain a lot). Three, if the bleb is protruding out, popping it or removing the top skin by pulling out gently. I would suggest to try n do it in the shower, it's less painful then. Four, breastfeed more through that side. Natural sucking action of baby opens up the pores. Please remove it forcefully even if it stings little bit as it can lead to duct blockage in which entire breast is sore all the time. Hope this helps!

Question: My baby boy is only sucking my nipple. It's so painful and also my milk supply is already low. I'm feeding him both formula and breast milk. But now he is not ready to take feed from me.
Answer: Hi dear, Since your milk supply is less, baby when hungry won't have patience to suck that long to get milk, instead he would prefer formula milk, where there is continuous supply of milk, with less effort.that is the reason why your baby is rejecting your feed.
