Answer: in start of pregnancy you can sleep on sides and even straight no issues. but best position is on left by this it helps you in digestion as well as your body gets proper oxygen.
Answer: you should try to sleep more at your left side as it will boost up blood flow to the baby ..avoid sleeping on your stomach and to lie on your back is also safe at this stage .
