Answer: hi this is a very common problem of the woman who gain extra calories during pregnancy however you can try these two steps you should preferably have more of what I have at least 10 to 12 glasses of water each day you should have more or fibrous food like green vegetables carrot juice in should definitely take a bowl of salad and soup before me you should select healthy snack like roasted Makhana plain nuts avoid fried for oily food and packed food you should take at least 3 to 4 servings of fruits each day which will help to keep you when energetic and you should avoid with a friend you should avoid extra sugary food try and take walks all this will help in maintaining a proper weight
