Take plenty of water juices coconut water. buttermilk.Take oranges...lemon .sweet lime it helps in weight loss.. Answer: Dear for belly fat exercising is the only answer. You need to start with yoga, walk and running or gym. Only physical exercise can reduce the belly size. For me yoga and walking worked. Hope it helps.
