Answer: Hi da..gestational diabetes is common nowadays..you have to know that this diabetes donesnt continue throughout your life. ..everything we gonna face during this phase is due to hormonal alterations for sale of the baby..the serious thing to notify about gestational diabetes is the delivery mode and weight gain only..low sugar or high sugar apparently affect our system and so at final moment it can end in c section to avoid consequences..so don't over think and don't stress yourself..prepare your mind to stay calm in every situation...go for walking atleast 30mintutes everyday that's helpful for you to relax and prevents weight gain too..if you want to prevent it means you can avoid overeating or whole eating at a time instead you can partly divide food in small quantities and eat whenever you feel hunger..add nutritious foods like fruits (you can avoid ripened mangoes,Jack fruit, unripened bananas-these 3usually have rich fibred and high glucose content ),veggies and low carb foods like boiled, baked veggies, salads instead of fried, packed ones..you can also do yoga and stretching exercises of your ability that will reduce the backache and tiredness too..stay positive and eat healthy that's the only thing you need to do now..dont stress yourself..maintain a regular sleep pattern and listen to mind relaxing music's or literature..thank u.
