Answer: Now baby is of 13months now so you can start some workout which you feel easy and comfortable. Also drink lots of water specially lukewarm water. Avoid oily and junk food. Eat more fibre rich food. You can also take mamaearth apple cider vinegar only when you stop breastfeeding. My SIL is taking it and find it useful in loosing weight.
