Question: Mam plz ask me how to increase my unborn baby wait. Im 33 weeks of pregnent
Answer: Hello dear. For proper and healthy development of your baby, you need at least 450 extra calories every day Take proper diet rich in protein, vitamin, iron, calcium, folic acid, magnesium, fibre, DHA. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meat, egg white (boiled), dry fruits and nuts in your diet. Keep yourself well hydrated with water and fresh juices. Drink plenty of water, approximately 2.5 - 3 litre per day. Ensure you get enough rest and get good sleep. Your little one will gain more weight till your due date. Take care. # I personally take boiled egg, Mother's Horlicks and B Protein Powder. #The average birth weight for babies is around 3.5 kg. Although between 2.5 kg and 4.5 kg is considered normal. In general your own health during pregnancy, as well as the physical build of both you and your partner, genetics, are some of the factors that will affect your baby's birth weight.

Question: My question is about breastfeeding? How to increase my feed?
Answer: Here is a simple homemade powder for increasing milk supply in lactating mothers. Dry roast equal quantities of cumin and fennel seeds till they turn aromatic. Cool them and grind to powder. Mix ½ tsp powder in ½ tsp warm ghee and consume 30 minutes before food 2 to 3 times a day. Desi ghee works best. This can be consumed for 2 weeks, followed by a break for 4 to 5 days and then repeat the cycle. This also helps to reduce colic in breastfed babies. A small portion of ajwain/ carom seeds can also be included.
