Answer: ohh I don't know the exact level or minimum level of vitamin D deficiency but one of my friend was facing this in pregnancy n she was taking medicines so best u hv to consult your doctor n start supplement vitamin d will get in non veg food like egg yolk, fish liver oil u hv to b more careful due to this definitely ur baby will suffer after birth vit d deficiency u will get complications like low birth weight of baby, preeclampsia, preterm birth etc should b careful at this
Answer: Are you taking some supplements. ??. apart from.supplements you can eat egg yolks, salmons(if non veg), milk 3, times, Orange juice pure.etc. and expose your body back , hands, feet in early morning and before sunset in Sun.that gives you necessary values.
