Eat foods that are rich in protein,iron and fat such as nuts,eggs,sprouts,milk,yogurt,cheese (should be well cooked and hot), poultry,pea,beans,spy, pulses,fish,sweet potato,pumpkin,Carrot, broccoli, spinach etc. Also take supplements such as folic acid, calcium, and vitamin tablets
Answer: Increase your milk intake. Also eat bananas. This will help you to gain baby weight.. I tried at time and it worked.
