For period crapms you can foment with hot water. For this simply put hot water in hot water bag(available online and in market too) and keep it on your tummy for some time if you dont have it simply pore warm water in bottle and foment.
Simpl warm water bath would also work.
Avaoid spicy food and sour food items like pickle, tamrind, raw mango etc.
When not in periods do surya namaskar yoga it helps a lot dear trust me.
